A friend of mine, Nelcha, has been dealing with this psycho nut-job for a few months now... This guy, David, has basically been spouting libel left and right as well as defamation of character in his blogs, with the local authorities, family, and friends.
She extended her hospitality to him in good faith, he completely lied to her, took advantage of her generosity, and now she is going through way too much crap that she is not deserving of.
He's been harassing her through email, blogs on myspace, yahoo groups (including the photography groups she runs), craigslist, and more, all in a vain attempt at assassinating her character and professional reputation, and she is definitely undeserving of such.

So what I am asking from you to help with this, is to visit his profile at:
http://www.myspace.com/wildography
Scroll down to the very bottom, click on "Report Abuse", and file a complaint stating that he is in violation of Myspace's Terms of Use, that he legally agreed to upon signing up for Myspace. Maybe the blog content can be taken down, or account removed for ToS violations.
I chose the reason as "Cyberbullying", and put this in the message field:
"This user is releasing personal, unapproved information about another individual, and has been asked by local law enforcement and legal personnel to cease and desist his actions repeatedly. It would be appreciated if actions could be taken down to remove his account from Myspace's network, as it is in violation of Myspace's Terms Of Service on numerous accounts."
Please, if you could help us out, this guy is really driving her crazy, and if there's something we can do to help, then let's do it.
