Wow! The year is almost over and we are about to spring into '08...damn, where does the time go?? I remember being a little girl and asking my parents if I would even still be alive in the year 2000, against popular opinion...ha ha .... I made it!

I was just sitting here thinking about how fun it would be to write a letter to Santa this year........I'm a little late and won't fed ex it, so I'll just leave it here, I have a hook up, he'll read it....*Smiles*

Dear Santa,

I am very pleased to report that my behavior has been mediocre as per usual. I have offended significantly less people in 2007 than I did 2006. I know that I have to work hard to bring those numbers back up in 2008 and stop slacking and I have taken all of that into consideration.

I would like to say that I didn't wait all year, like some other people do, to give to others. This year, I've given people the blues, a hard time, a headache and in come cases, even a clue. I believe that my contribution to the community should be duly noted when I compose my wishlist. That said, here is my wishlist for Christmas this year:

1. A year's supply of 18" bodywave, colors 2 and 4. Don't worry about what that is, just have Dancer or Prancer hit the local beauty supply shop on your way in, I have a gut feeling that either one of them should know exactly but if not, the guy behind the counter should be able to help them. Don't let him sell you that top shelf, $100.00+ per bag stuff either.......have him come down one shelf.

2. I wish to receive e-mail from men who can type in complete sentences minus the phrases "wut it do" (yeah they are still rockin that), "got cam", "got yahoo", "got msn", "aye lil ma", "sup witchoo" or anything else that sounds like the product of a bad cold or allergy. If you would not mind or if it would not be too much trouble, make sure you drop the link to Dictionary.com into everone's stocking. I think that website deserves much more attention that Online Booty Call. K?

3. Now Santa, you know I don't mind the online dating thing but can you hook a sistah up with a letter from someone in this country? Although I do have the desire to travel, I do not have the desire to move to Turkey, Egypt, South Africa or any of those other places.

4. My next wish is for all of the people in the African Royal families. I wish for them that they figure out a way to to keep the currency of their loved ones in their own country so they do not have to send it over to the United States and have us send a portion back. I would think that it would be cheaper for them to keep all of it, than contract with some poor unsuspecting American to keep some and send some back to Africa.

5. I wish, for all of my female friends that each and every guy with perfect 6-pack abs and a model smile that shows up in her inbox not be from Nigeria and for him to come complete with a valid salute photo or cam to verify his identity. Also, I wish for those guys to stop trying to get my friends and me to pay for shit in their country....LOL!!!!

6. I wish for my male friends that all of their exes go away quietly. I hope that none of their exes goes psycho this year without any reason at all, what so ever.

7. I wish for my roommate that she has the ability to spend over 99.00 at a time without it being a total calamity!!

8. For me? Oh, I just hope in 2008 I date a guy that I don't have the urge to kill....how's that for simple?....ha ha ha ha

9. I wish for the family of James Brown that they finally find an eternal resting place for him. He's been dead a year......I know his life was pretty fucked up but no one deserves to walk around dead and homeless for a whole year k?

Santa, I was going to list 10 things but I figured sthat handling that James Brown mess counted as 2 things so I only listed 9.

What I do wish for though is that all of my family, friends, people I've touched and those who have touched me (with permission of course...LOL), have a safe, happy and healthy holiday. The thing I really want them to remember is that it's Jesus's brithday and not theirs....Christmast is not about the gift, it's about the love.
