I don't play video games but here's a poem Ive written.




You entered my life words on a screen,

People roll their eyes, and say theyre all lies,

They dont understand what it all means,

You're not just words on the screen,

You breath, you laugh, you cry, you love,

You make me smile and all thee above,

I look forward to our time together,

People dont understand but it doesn't really matter,

Our time alone no one can take away,

I look forward to it each and every day,

Our lives are so different and far apart,

But we could relate even from the very start,

No time to argue or see the flaws,

Just talking about nothing while the clock crawls,

Before you know the clock stops ticking,

And the world disappears except for our clicking,

As much as we hate its time to go,

We stall and drag our feet and pray its not so,

Wishing deep down we could meet, if only in our dreams,

Because you my darlin are more than just words on a screen.
